First-pass A-pile postcards for reaching local businesses with no (good) website. The play: post them a card that looks personal (Halbert A-pile), anchored on their real reviews, with a QR that opens a site we've already built for them — they scan & claim, so they start the conversation. No cold SMS. Postal is compliant in every market on the pipeline's compliance.ts.

Lower-left stays blank for the business name; the QR is a placeholder → swapped per prospect for a real code pointing at their preview (<slug>.ozdreamsites.de).

Sample scannable QR → ozdreamsites.de. Scan it — this is what the real per-prospect code becomes.
Stannp / Docmail — flat postcards at scale (API).
RoboQuill — real-pen A-pile envelopes (~£2).
Inkpact — human scribes for high-value targets.
Bank-bag lumpy mail — GymOS reactivation.
Handwritten opens ~90% vs ~42% for bulk print — the modern version of Halbert's coat-of-arms envelopes.
Cold SMS to a sole trader's mobile is PECR/UWG-risky in both the UK and Germany. Post + QR-to-claim keeps consent inherent — the prospect opts in by scanning.
